I have been building things on the internet since I was a teenager, usually the community first and the product soon after. Small Discord servers turned into India's largest SRE meetup. A microphone turned into a podcast that reached 34 countries. A stubborn idea turned into a company.
Most of my work lives at the messy edge where product, growth, and people meet. I led product and developer relations at Zenduty from $200K to past $3M in ARR, scouted for early-stage funds, and advised founders at 99 Tartans and Underdog Labs. I kept circling back to the same question: why is it still this hard for good people and good companies to find each other?
That question became Cruitical. Off the clock I am an orator, a writer, a gamer, and a hopeful comedian, trying my best to have one conversation worth remembering every day.
I'll take exhaustion with meaning over comfort without purpose any day.

Making hiring fair, fast, and human again. Cruitical is a hiring-intelligence platform that gives employers a full picture of how a candidate works, learns, and uses AI before the very first interview. Cruitical helps companies predict "job-readiness", with deep-researched candidate profiles, and sandboxed work trials using AI and the actual tools they would use on Day 1 at the job.
Built Cruitical out of a Fort Mason office as part of Canopy's inaugural cohort, surrounded by some of the most cracked builders I have met this early in their journeys. Backed by Hubert Thieblot, Furqan Rydhan, and the Founders, Inc. team.
I helped shape the studio's operating system at the earliest stage, with Zachary Ciccone, CMU Heinz College's Professor of Entrepreneurship. He is doing genuinely good work. If you have thoughts on entrepreneurship, the future of work, or want to build projects that help people reach their full potential, he is a great mind to talk to.
Helped Chandrika and Tanay build the RevenueOS for modern post-sales teams over a summer in San Francisco. Owned a bit of everything: GTM, product, and the boring-but-vital company plumbing. Some of the highest-agency, most customer-obsessed founders I have worked with.

2025
Explored externalizing BNY's internal AI platform as an AI-as-a-service product for smaller financial institutions. Interviewed founders and VCs to map the state of AI entrepreneurship, then presented the case to CIOs and senior leaders at BNY.
Sourced deals, ran diligence, and connected CMU founders with their first checks, customers, and hires. Scouted early-stage SaaS and AI startups for Underdog Labs through their -1 to 0 stretch, the part of the journey I love most.
Employee #10 at a fast-growing incident-response startup. As a founding member I helped take it from $200K to past $3M in ARR, built partnerships with Datadog, Grafana, and ServiceNow, launched The Incidentally Reliable Podcast, and grew our SRE communities from scratch. That work expanded Zenduty's reach 17x and landed clients like Razorpay, Forbes Advisor, and Atlan. Acquired by Xurrent in 2025.

2021 – 2022
A virtual group-therapy platform built during the pandemic in India, designed around anonymity and safety. We ran 120+ sessions for 300+ people and drew $125K in angel interest before winding down as the world reopened.
Led the most active Google Developers Group chapter in the world and organized VITHack, an international hackathon with 3000 attendees and $20K+ in prizes. This is where the community habit started, long before it had a job title.

Join the SlackMostly tools I wanted to exist. I build them when the problem is annoying enough and the solution is fun enough.
Drop in a problem space. Get back a 14-step autonomous research run: trend detection, problem validation, competitive landscape, product spec, financial model, and a pitch deck outline. I built this because I was tired of doing the same diligence loop over and over. Powered by Gemini 3.1.
A locally-run control center for LinkedIn outreach. Runs on your own Chrome profile, so you are never handing credentials to a third party. Uses Gemini to read each prospect's actual profile and write a note that sounds like you wrote it. Hard daily cap built in. Logs every interaction to SQLite so you never accidentally double-message someone.
